China’s First Vertical Forest will be Covered in Over 3,000 Plants

Let's introduce you to the more eco-friendly future of urbanized landscapes – forests that are vertical in Nanjing, China. With environmental concerns being a tremendous issue in China that is over-polluted and overpopulated, creative jobs like this are a much-needed breath of fresh air.

656ft and 354feet will stand and between them, they’ll house over 1,000 trees and about 2,500 from 23 different local species. The taller tower will comprise a museum, offices, a green architecture school, and a rooftop club. When it comes to the tower that is smaller, it’s just as remarkable, as it is going to house a rooftop pool and a 247-room Hyatt hotel. Balconies will afford visitors breathtaking views of the dizzying perpendicular woods which are designed to help regenerate local biodiversity.
