Faya Sanders Beyoncé and Jay Z have reportedly just purchased this mansion in The Big Easy, New Orleans. Worth $2.6 million, the church conversion property is 13,292 square feet, featuring three separate apartments and totalling 22 rooms – including 7 bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It was built in 1925 and boasts enormous 26-foot high ceilings. Named ‘La Casa de Castile’, it was previously home to the Westminster Presbyterian Church and then served as a ballet studio.
