Pink Floyd

Pink Floyd was founded in 1965 by Syd Barrett, Nick Mason, Roger Waters and Richard Wright. They were famous for their use of philosophical lyrics mixed with an experimental sound that would later shape music throughout the decades to come. The band achieved international acclaim after releasing albums like "The Dark Side Of The Moon" and "Wish You Were Here". Pink Floyd is one of the most commercially successful bands as well as musically influential ones out there today!

The band became internationally renowned thanks to its progressive psychedelic music distinguished by their usage of philosophical lyrics and sonic experimentation. Founded in 1965 when it consisted only students-Syd Barrett (vocals), Nicholas Mason (drums), Roger Waters (bass).
