Roeselien Raimond

Roeselien Raimond is a Dutch photographer, residing in one of the most densely populated regions of the Netherlands, where finding nature is somewhat of a struggle.

Professionally, she has ever been balancing between psychology and art, having a major fascination for the both of them. Obviously, a character played a highly significant role, too, but nature was just always there, maybe not requiring much focus.

Within her first role as an Art Therapist, she joined her innovative skills and psychological abilities and schooling to help people, mainly young children, coping with their (mental) problems.

Then, the attention shifted towards the more imaginative aspect, and she turned into a self-educated designer, which caused a professional web design career. Logically, the computer consumed more and more of her time and temperament constrained to a very small place in the backdrop.

Ultimately the wish to choose her own path, where a character would play a more important function, proved to be stronger than the prospect of an extremely lucrative and profitable career.
