Tokyo based sculptor Taiichiro Yoshida adheres to century-old customs in his hot-metal treated sculptures of flower-encrusted animals. Snow monkeys, rabbits, cats, and birds such as sparrows and doves are simply a few of the animals that he reflects in his job, coated with layers of intricate metal florals and feathers from a variety of colors.
