Longest Glass Bridge Recently Opened In China And Tourists Struck With Terror

Wandering among the clouds is technologically infeasible, but glass bridge is a close second. The longest bridge recently opened in Shiniuzhai Geopark in the Chinese region of Hunan. It’s about 984 feet/300 meters long and 590 feet/180 meters high. It’s both the world’s longest glass bridge.

Many of images give visitors struck with terror. The bridge turned from wood by 11 engineers using planes of glass 25 times harder than regular window glass. It’s build to resist impact, but tourists are issued special protective footwear. The bridge joins the two hills of Stone Buddha Mountain. There’s a longer bridge under construction, click here to check it out.
