While many tiny homes reach skyward, the Justine by Craft House remains grounded. This single-floor tiny home on wheels offers a refreshing twist by ditching the traditional loft approach. Built on a double-axle SYMA trailer, it spans 8.4 meters long (27.5 ft) and 2.5 meters wide (8.2 ft). Its gable roof peaks at 3.5 meters, providing ample headroom in a real bedroom, allowing you to stand comfortably upright.
Compact design with Scandinavian aesthetics
The Justine’s exterior combines thermo-pine cladding with sleek aluminum standing-seam sheet metal, contributing to a look that leans more towards a Scandinavian cabin than a conventional trailer. The large double glass entry doors enhance this inviting appearance.
Inside, warm Scandinavian spruce lines the surfaces. At the heart of the layout is a well-equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, ample cabinetry, and a rare luxury — a dishwasher. Underfloor heating and smart air conditioning offer comfort on par with a high-quality studio apartment.
Functional living spaces
The bedroom accommodates a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe, with additional storage in a small crawl space above. The bathroom is compact yet complete, featuring a glass-enclosed shower, flushing toilet, sink, and a cupboard housing both a washer/dryer and water heater. The living area can adapt to your lifestyle, offering a dining table for four or a cozy sofa setup.

Affordable luxury
