John Oliver Milan-based tattoo artist Mirko Sata has mastered the art of inking mammals, producing complicated tangles of scales and tails that wrap around the legs and arms of his clientele. Sata often functions with deeper color schemes, making novel contrasts between white and black or green and red at the minimalist line-based bits.
