Vasco Mourão’s work is an exploration of the cityscape, capturing both its physical and emotional nuances. His drawings are a combination of pen-and-ink line art with digital additions that can range in size from intimate to epic—even mural sized! With his prolific body of architectural creations on paper, wood, stone or metal surfaces (including commissioned pieces for clients), Vasco has become known as one who inhabits space between fine art and illustration while working at large scales upon editorial commissions.
