Among all the adorable bits to stumble upon on the web, there are some that can actually save a life. That’s what happened to Erin Smith Chieze who found this clever photo recognizing breast cancer.
“Someone once posted a picture on Facebook of what breast cancer can look like. Not feel, but look like. In December of 2015 when I saw an indentation that looked like one of those pictures, I instantly knew I had breast cancer,” Erin states.
It’s a photo of various lemons which describe various breast cancer symptoms, such as hidden lumps, dimpling, indentation, and so on. “We need to give REAL information, not cute hearts,” Erin wrote. And with the internet being very sensitive to a naked body, this might be the second best thing to stay informed.
