Danish window company Velux has created CABRIO, a dormer that’s made up of two parts, each with a different purpose. The top opens for ventilation while the bottom emphasizes an integrated banister that goes outward, forming a space to stand and enjoy the view. It’s a beautiful solution for making an attic feel more open by letting the outdoors to come inside. The CABRIO Balcony transforms a roof window into a second balcony in seconds.
