NASA created the first ultra HD video. The end result is really impressive. Among them is this 30-minute portrait of our Sun, assembled from data collected by Solar Observatory (SDO).
Since launching in early 2010 so far SDO observed star and constantly takes pictures in 10 different wavelengths. Given these multiple types of radiation, NASA can monitor different types of solar activity.
But let’s not waste any more time. Sit back, play video full screen and enjoy the sun in all its beauty – such as you’ve never seen it.
