Landscape Photos That Look Like Paintings by Brooke Holm

by Flynn Matthews 2016-10-24, 5:18 PMupdated 2017-03-30, 7:04 PM

From far away or up in the sky, some landscapes are alike to abstract paintings. The vast stretches of sand, snow, grass or water look like skillful and colorful brushstrokes performed by nature.

In Brooke Holm‘s work, a New York-based photographer, the photos resemble calm and soothing paintings. Bright and soft tones follow each other with subtlety in an almost pictorial process of the discipline.
