Rebirth House with Perforated Brick Walls By Ryo Matsui Architects

Rebirth‘ is a guesthouse with an unusual perforated brick facade designed by Ryo Matsui Architects. During the day, the building seems like it has no windows, but in fact, they have been covered by a perforated cover and can only be observed at night when the interiors are decorated. Once a storehouse, the architect redesigned the building after Japan‘s 2011 earthquake partially wrecked it.
