The organisers will then announce the winners across 49 project categories in architecture, interiors and design. Those 49 categories draw from 392 shortlisted projects. The party will also reveal the three overall project of the year winners and the six 2026 Designers of the Year.

A panel of this year’s judges selected the winners. Category winners announced on the night then compete for the overall project of the year titles in architecture, interiors and design.
A separate public vote lets readers pick their favourite projects. The organisers announced the vote last week, but the sources do not report any results from it.
Dezeen awards party tickets: prices and buying
Standard Dezeen awards party tickets cost £349 each. Studios that entered the awards can buy discounted tickets for £249, a saving of £100 per ticket. The discounted tickets were released on 21 September, alongside the shortlist announcement.
The listings disagree on who qualifies for the discount. One says studios that entered this year’s awards are eligible, while another says studios that were shortlisted are eligible. Check the eligibility wording on the ticket page before you buy.
An earlier listing offered 50 early-bird tickets at £199. The sources do not say whether any of those remain.
Purchases for these tickets run through the Evessio account that studios used to enter the awards. Anyone without an account can create one when prompted.
Several hundred architects and designers have already bought tickets. Buyers come from Japan, South Africa and the United States, among other countries.
About the sponsor
Trimble has signed a three-year sponsorship of the awards, which are now in their ninth year. The technology company makes tools such as SketchUp that support design work from early concept through to delivery.
Dezeen Awards drew more than 4,300 entries from 89 countries in 2025. Trimble’s Heather Adkins, Chief Marketing Officer, said the partnership reflects a shared focus on design: “Creativity, originality and innovation are at the heart of what we do.”
This year the awards add three Regional Showcases, each a Top 50 list. They cover Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific and the Americas. Dezeen’s editors select the projects, and every entry qualifies for a showcase.
Judges will score entries against three criteria: whether the project is beautiful, innovative and beneficial. A public vote opens in early October, inviting Dezeen readers, Trimble customers and other designers to vote for their favourite projects.

Ticket sales for the party end at 23:59 on 10 November. After that deadline, no more places will be sold for the night of the winners.
