They are the creations of Kevin “Turkey” Merck , who makes these elegant and practical mugs from clay, with some added epoxy resin details. Merck used to make them for Halloween only, but he’s now counting a year-round production cycle.
“I love working on anything that is fantasy related,” Merck said The Examiner. “Creatures and monsters are so much fun because the designs are endless. The zombie characters are probably my favorite overall because there are so many textures and color schemes to play with.” Merck comes from Bufford, Georgia (US) and teaches kids all day before going home and making zombie mugs.
