Historic Photos Of Street Life In London 1876-1877

John Thomson (14 June 1837 – 29 September 1921) was the first Scottish photographer, geographer, and traveler in one. He was one of the first photographers who traveled to the Far East, taking photos of people, landscapes, and Oriental cultures. Back home, he started to work on a project 'The streets of London'. He has recognized a classic of the social identity of documentary photography, which became the basis of modern photojournalism.
