The World’s Most Expensive Photographer – Andreas Gursky

German photographer Andreas Gursky is a world known artist who was born in Leipzig in 1955 and who is famous for his contemporary photography artwork. His work is not only breathtaking but also well-paid! In 2011, at Christie’s auction in New York his photograph “Rhine II» was sold for 4.3 million dollars, thus becoming the most expensive photograph in the history of auctions.
