Until he was 27 years old, Spanish artist Josep Moncada worked as an accountant while he studied at the art school La Massa in Barcelona. After graduating, he left accounting to dedicate himself to his artistic passion full time, creating the most wonderful oil paintings.
In this particular tempting series of scantily clad bathing women, one is offered a subtle kind of voyeurism, although the subjects are apparently quite harmless. The soft brush strokes and bright colours hint at bright and sunny days in a warmer climate – something that will surely evoke memories of summer.
