Sam Johnson
Canada young artist Sarah Joncas. Impacted by various aspects of culture, such as film, music, novels, art history, cartoons, Sarah’s works seem very illustrative and whimsical. She enjoyed the act putting pencil to paper, paint to canvas and, ultimately, making something from nothing. Painting is like a vehicle, a way of taking her from one point to another in more ways than one. Sarah was born in 1986 in Hamilton, attended school in Toronto, but still consider Niagara Falls to be her home. She received BFA at the Ontario College of Art and Design.
