Flynn Matthews London-based artist Ana Enshina uses her creativity to visualize amazing animals as an abundance of multicolored spots. Dot by a dot, the watercolorist creates various creatures including a statuesque, bright pink flamingo, a graceful whale hung in the sea, and a unique peacock with a beautiful array of feathers.
Whether she’s concentrating on animals found on land or sea, the painter succeeds to capture each creature in a rainbow of bright and vivid colors. By using different shapes and sizes for her dots, Enshina can include a definite sense of whimsicality into her work. In turn, this playfulness helps to bring the artist’s subjects to life as they jump off the page in a succession of vivid hues and dotted forms.
