Porter highlights the patinated cast-iron tub as a key feature. “An antique tub like this can typically cost around $11,000, but we found one for $400 in a Connecticut mansion’s yard,” he shares. Weighing 500 pounds and boasting a naturally rusted patina with white porcelain inside, the tub is positioned for stunning sunset views over the harbor.
