cliff_elgin Clifford Elgin is a Portland-based artist. The work is focused on narrative concepts, telling a part of a story. “I like to think these are akin to turning on an old classic movie half way through and then stopping before it ends. As a viewer, I try to figure out the plot and story (what happened before, how it will end), but it’s pure conjecture in my mind”.
