PRRINT is an art shop that has made a name for themselves by creating energetic illustrations on the pages of the vintage press, and now they’re taking it a step further by resurrecting discarded books with detailed floral anatomy illustrations.
The written word grows a backdrop for the intricate anatomical concepts enriched with energetic colors of nature. Surprisingly, the background doesn’t distract from the artwork, on the contrary, it gives the piece, even more, layers and contexts. The authors chose a rather complex combination, matching many mediums on a single sheet of paper: from the written word, to hand drawings and to the anatomy of our bodies themselves.
