Photographer’s Unbelievable 14-Year Quest to Photograph the World’s Most Majestic Trees

For the past 14 years, San Francisco-based photographer Beth Moon has traveled to almost every region in a search to document some of the world’s biggest, greatest, and rarest trees. Moon tracks down beautiful trees located beyond the reaches of civilization on mountainsides, private properties, and protected lands. In her fascinating new book titled Ancient Trees: Portraits of Time, the photographer shows the tremendous beauty of baobabs, sequoias, yews, and other ancient trees that have stood the test of time.
