Berlin-based photographer Lars Stieger travels around Europe to envision architectural structures, but rather than shooting a construction in its entirety that he chooses to isolate just the strangest facets, recasting every as a figment of science fiction. For his new show tagged Spaceships, he compels this notion to the extreme by employing an otherworldly color scheme that puts these real life structures upon extraterrestrial artifacts or sends them careening through space.
