This beautiful historic home in Williamsburg belongs to the artist Anthony Goicolea, and his partner Paul Kelterborn. Anthony and Paul originally bought the building on 1.200 square feet for $ 625.000 in 2006. After three years of work and about $ 1 million invested in the reconstruction of the house increased to 2,000 square feet.
