Archie Hayes
Takanori Aiba is a Japanese artist who specializes in intricate Bonsai Tree Houses. Previously he worked as an architect and a maze illustrator for a magazine. In 2003 he then merged the two arts and began creating these incredible tiny worlds. Aiba uses craft paper, plastic, plaster, acrylic resin, paint and other materials to construct sprawling miniature communities that wrap around bonsai trees, lighthouses, and cliffs.
