Flynn Matthews Marc Sijan creates frighteningly hyper-realistic, full-size sculptures of ordinary people.
On his website Marc says:
“People often have been misled by Sijan’s work. His ‘security guard’ sculpture sits in the lobby of the Milwaukee Bucks, where it once disappointed Michael Jordan by its absence of conversation that he complained to the administration.”
Marc focuses on the illustration of every detail, precisely portraying all the small details– the pores and lumps on the skin, delicate hair, veins, bald heads, pimples.
