“Two years ago, Lidan Sfadia and I sketched what at the time felt like a dream on paper,” developer Edward Grigoryan recalls. “A year ago, it was just dirt. Today, it’s a reality that still leaves me breathless with its Tuscan elegance.”

“The home was designed around a massive central courtyard,” explains Sfadia, the LA-based developer and co-creator. A 35-foot bridge marks the entrance, leading to one of the home’s most striking features: an atrium housing an imported Bonsai tree, placed with precision using a crane. This Zen-like space offers a moment of reflection within the home.
Next to the atrium, the kitchen boasts custom oak cabinetry, a La Cornue oven, and an island of Bonsai marble, bringing a seamless connection to the design ethos. Sfadia and Grigoryan describe this as a “full circle moment.”
