A Hungarian Artist Creates Miniature Lace Scenes of Quiet moments

by John Oliver 2018-08-06, 7:31 PMupdated 2018-08-06, 7:35 PM

Hungarian fiber artist Ágnes Herczeg continues to create delicate depictions of peaceful moments. Formed from vibrant lace and found wood, each small scene floats in mid-air and is attached to a sheet of wood. Whereas in the previous works, Herczeg utilized unusually shaped wood fragments as part of the figural components of the scenes, in her recent pieces the wood acts as a framework. You can see more of her work on her website and Instagram.
