Frau Jay
Saskia Schnell is born in 1978 in East Germany, Magdeburg.
As a kid, she was already into the drawing. All day long, she was in her room, with paper and pencils and listened to records of fairytales. It hasn’t changed much today. Since 2002 she is a Berlin based illustrator and graphic designer. Clients, for example, Volkswagen, Sony Music, Universal Music, Exzess Berlin, B2 Magazine Berlin / Barcelona, C-Heads Magazine / Vienna, Wuger Filmworks / Austria, ANNABELLE Magazine / Austria. Her technique is based on line drawings, manipulated with photoshop. Her work is powerful, always with a dash of melancholy
