Spectacular Metal Life-Size Sculpture of Rhinoceros By Urs Fischer

This life-size sculpture has been called “the stuff of nightmares,” as well as one that displays mankind’s worst habits when faced with limited resources available for survival.

“Things” is a large-scale art installation by Swiss artist Urs Fischer. The piece, which consists of an aluminum rhinoceros with various objects attached to it – including suitcases and frying pans – was originally on display at the Tate Modern in London.

“questions one’s attraction to and use of everyday objects, considering how and what we accumulate as we move through our individualized worlds.”
