The exterior is finished with restored 18-inch Nismo LMGT2 wheels, 10 inches at the front and 11 inches at the rear, further enhancing the concept.

Inside, the model sports custom white leather seating and carbon-fibre accents. The interior remains largely stock but includes Bose Personal Plus headrest speakers, enhancing the open-top experience.
Performance modifications were made in collaboration with GReddy. The Nissan Z Kaze concept features a Supreme SP exhaust, a front-mounted intercooler, and an Airin air filter kit. Although Nissan hasn’t released performance figures, these changes aim to boost the power of the 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6.
