42-year-old American photographer Chip Phillips traveled thousands of miles in search of ideal landscapes. According to him, he had never seen anything more wonderful than a foggy sunrise over the Palouse region of Washington State. Chip’s photos have been published in various magazines, including Popular Photography and Imaging, Digital Photography, and Digital Photo Magazine.
