This Plate Art That Looks Like Real Food Will Blow Your Mind

Jacqueline Poirier has over 1,500 plates on permanent display in the Ritz-Carlton in Toronto at the hotel’s signature restaurant Toca. While her specialty is food – presented on plate canvases, obviously – she also creates portraits of humans, animals and landscapes.
