A sequel to the popular series titled The Quest for the Absolute by French photographer Benoit Lapray that depicts superheroes as lonely beings who wander desolate landscapes.
Lapray attempts to answer the question:
“What do our comic book heroes do when they do not face to face with the enemy or trying to save the life of a person in distress?”
He sees the legendary vigilantes on a quest to find themselves and drawing strength by instantly withdrawing from civilization and communing with nature.
