German street artist EVOL uses stencils to transform transformation substations in a miniature skyscrapers. If we examine closely, you will see on the houses and windows, and satellite dishes, and balconies, and graffiti on the walls. Although EVOL lives in Berlin, his work appearing everywhere in Europe.
