Imagine a compact home that demands no sacrifices. Fritz Tiny Homes makes this a reality with the Halcyon Grand, their largest model to date. At 400 square feet, it’s a testament to the belief that small living can be luxurious. The design focuses on comfort without compromising space, offering an upgrade rather than a compromise.
The Halcyon Grand measures 44.5 by 10.5 feet and is certified as a Park Model RV. This means it’s mobile, yet exudes the permanence and coziness of a stationary home. Its main floor is 350 square feet, complemented by a 50-square-foot loft, ingeniously providing two private bedrooms. The king master suite is an airy marvel with floor-to-ceiling glass, a sliding door leading to a covered patio, and ample storage ingeniously built into the bed framework. Meanwhile, the loft serves as a secluded queen bedroom, designed to meet the growing privacy demands of their clients.

The heart of the home, the kitchen and dining space, is thoughtfully crafted. It features a dining table for four with hidden storage, a full-sized kitchen equipped for substantial cooking, and a generously sized hall closet. The bathroom, with its soaring 6’10” ceiling, was inspired by Fritz’s first Halcyon Grand client, who stood a proud 6’7”. The standard soaker tub can be exchanged for a custom concrete and glass shower. Additionally, a washer/dryer combo is standard, with enough room to accommodate full side-by-side units.
The interior exudes warmth with finishes like custom concrete tile, hardwood floors, timber detailing, dimmable LED lighting, and bespoke millwork. Fritz Tiny Homes, founded by Kevin and Heather Fritz in Alberta, raises the bar for tiny home standards. Heather Fritz serves on the National Tiny Home Builders Committee, attesting to their expertise and commitment to quality.

The Modular Grand Option
If wheels are not your preference, the Halcyon Grand is available as the Modular Grand, designed for a permanent foundation and compliant with building codes in both Canada and the USA. Starting at $330,225 CAD (approximately $239,507 USD) and available in 2026, it offers limited availability. This isn’t just a tiny home; it’s an invitation to live better.
