Polish photographer Jakub Polomski used hiss drone to make a collection of amazing aerial photos. For two weeks in July, Polomski spent his time capturing Iceland‘s incomparable landscapes.
“Iceland is a beautiful land,” Polomski told PetaPixel. “Some locations look abstract in the bird’s-eye view.”
By using a drone, the photographer was able to showcase the terrain’s charming patterns. There’s the crisp, white snow that breaks up the simplicity of the mountains, the flowing curves of a deep blue river, and even the jagged roads that border an otherwise untouched area.
Though Iceland is rich in gorgeous landscapes, Polomski insists that persistence is the key to seizing the beauty of any land.
“You should be patient,” he told Netloid. “You should believe in yourself but without overdoing it. You should learn from critiques, not refuse them.”
