Office jobs are in utmost cases pretty low risk. Stapling probably tops the list of a possible accident-inducing tasks. The American Worker series, on the other hand, casts some light on a selection of the most extreme jobs out there.
Pete Barrett is the man behind the remarkable series, which is the result of an extended road trip across America, shooting people with interesting jobs. Florida-based photographer Barrett specializes in commercial advertising photography and essentially shoots on location.
His clients incorporate the likes of Microsoft, Ford Motor Company, New Balance, McDonalds and United Airlines, and he has won some awards over the years.
